01Project Summary

Where Sonolusso is,
and where it goes next.

A one-time strategic investment to lay the groundwork for social media expansion — two connected deliverables, not a retainer.

Sonolusso has strong message-market fit — 35 Meta campaigns over 18 months show 5.9–10.1% CTR on sleep-hack content, well above category benchmarks. But that traction is hitting a wall: the current audience skews older than desired, there's no TikTok presence, and the Instagram profile isn't optimized for the demographic Sonolusso wants to reach next.

This project covers two connected deliverables: a strategy document (which includes the audit) that defines how to target and market to a new demographic, and two short-form videos that put the full strategic understanding into pieces of content ready to post.

Project, not retainer Ongoing monthly management ($400/mo) is available as a separate engagement following project completion. This SOW is scoped to the two deliverables below.

Why Kenzie

Kenzie has produced viral content in the skincare category — a product showcase video for a lip balm brand hit 50,000 likes and 300K+ views. She grew social accounts from ~40 views per post to 300+ in two weeks using organic-only content strategies at her current role. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Digital Marketing & Social Media from Johnson & Wales University and has managed 4–5 Instagram/social media accounts across brands. She understands TikTok trend mechanics and Gen Z content preferences, which is where Sonolusso's next demographic expansion needs to reach.

02Project Phases

Two phases.
One clear arc.

Two phases, each building on the last. Phase 02 begins after Phase 01 is approved.

01
Phase One

Social Media Strategy Document

$300

A comprehensive social media strategy (including audit) focused on how Sonolusso can engage a new demographic — younger women, college-age through early professional — alongside its core 38–68 audience. The strategy document incorporates a full Instagram audit, so the strategic direction and the current-state findings land in a single deliverable.

Strategy & direction
  • Target audience definition — who the new demographic is, what they respond to, why TikTok is the right platform (the audience that forms trends, engages with skincare content, and drives viral discovery on the platform)
  • TikTok engagement plan — trends, content formats, platform-native behaviors
  • Content direction — pillars, video types, product-first approach (10:1 CTR advantage)
  • Content mix guidance — ratio of product-focused vs. founder/lifestyle content, informed by the Meta ad performance data
  • High-level conversion path — how social content connects to purchase, and what the strategy recommends for moving followers toward customers
  • Brand and design implications — website, brand, look, vibe
  • Posting schedule and 90-day KPIs
Instagram audit (included)
  • Instagram bio and profile optimization
  • Visual consistency review — feed, colors, typography, grid cohesion
  • Content analysis — what performs, posting frequency, content mix
  • CTA, caption, and hook feedback
  • Hashtag and keyword strategy — Instagram SEO
  • Audience engagement assessment and UGC surfacing
  • Quick wins — 5–10 actionable changes for immediate improvement
  • Top posts to expand — best-performing content worth amplifying or repurposing
  • Posts to archive — which posts to remove from the feed
  • Video quality review — existing Reels assessed for production quality, framing, lighting, and engagement
  • Format-level performance breakdown — Reels, carousels, and static posts reviewed individually
Rounds & Revisions
  • Round 1 delivery — complete strategy document (delivered as PDF)
  • Round 1 approval — LBJ reviews and approves within 3 business days
2–3 weeks 1 round
02
Phase Two

Content Creation

$200

Two short-form videos at $100 each, with strategy informed by the research and findings from the strategy document (Phase 01). Kenzie selects the best format based on the strategy findings.

Two videos
  • One product-focused video (demo or explainer, per the 10:1 CTR advantage)
  • One founder-focused video (yap video or testimonial, with LBJ appearing on camera)
  • Both vertical, TikTok-native, cross-posted to Instagram Reels
  • One round of revisions per video
Potential video formats
  • Product explainer · Product demo · Problem-solution tutorial
  • Testimonial-style · Yap video · Unboxing
The videos incorporate
  • Product-first framing (per the 10:1 CTR advantage proven in Meta ad data)
  • Brand voice: warm, conversational, luxurious, ritualistic — "Start Tonight" energy
  • Visual style: minimalist, warm, botanical luxury, cream backgrounds, lavender palette
  • TikTok-native: vertical, trending sound, caption overlays, hook within first 2 seconds
Rounds & Revisions
  • Round 1 delivery — first cuts of both videos
  • Round 1 approval — LBJ reviews and approves within 3 business days
1–2 weeks 1 round
Optional · Post-Project
