01 · Project Summary
Where Sonolusso is, and where it goes next.

Strong product-market fit, meeting a wall.

35 Meta campaigns over 18 months show 5.9–10.1% CTR on sleep-hack content, well above category benchmarks. But that traction is hitting a wall: the current audience skews older than desired, there's no TikTok presence, and the Instagram profile isn't optimized for the demographic Sonolusso wants to reach next.

This project is a one-time strategic investment — two connected deliverables that lay the groundwork for social media expansion. Not a retainer.

The opportunity The younger demographic (college-age through early professional) is the audience actively on TikTok, forming and engaging with trends, and discovering skincare brands through social media. That's where Sonolusso's next growth phase lives.
02 · Objectives & Deliverables
Two connected deliverables.

Strategy. Two videos.

  • Strategy Document (includes audit) — target audience definition, TikTok engagement plan, trend recommendations, content direction, posting schedule, Instagram audit findings, and how the strategy should inform website, brand, and social presence. Delivered as PDF.
  • Content Creation — two short-form videos (one product-focused, one founder-focused), edited, captioned, trend-aware, informed by the strategy document. Ready to post on TikTok and cross-post to Instagram Reels.
